Inglewood – $739,000 (up 21% from last year)
Hawthorne – $832,000 (up 19% from last year)
Lawndale – $729,000 (up 19% from last year)
Carson – $698,000 (up 20% from last year)
Torrance – $1,037,000 (up 19% from last year)
So what’s everyone doing with all this extra equity? Well, for some, it’s peace of mind – knowing their home is worth that much more than what they owe on the loan…ain’t a bad thing.
For others, it’s lead to refinancing and remodeling (yay, new kitchen!)
And for some, it means “LET’S SELL!!”
