1. Interest rates hover around 5.5% – 6% for the next 6-12mths as inflation lessens.
2. Year over year home values continue to appreciate.
3. Inventory continuing to increase slowly over the next 3-6mths.
4. Some areas of the country may depreciate in value, but Southern California prices will remain protected with a steady demand from buyers.
