My goal has always – and will always be – to get my clients what they desire. Sticking a sign in the front yard and calling it a day just isn’t going to make that happen.
I vow to be the hardest working agent in the South Bay, and I need to be talking with a lot of prospective buyers and sellers every day to make that happen.
Because I wasn’t born in Los Angeles and didn’t grow up here, I never had someone show me the ropes, or had friends or family’s business “to get me started”….and I am SOO thankful for that.
I learned to have meaningful conversations with people I hadn’t met before to learn more about their living situations and investment goals.
Every day, this results in me building my network of possible sellers, buyers, handymen, contractors, excellent lenders…you name it – so that when the time comes where you need something, I’m able to make it happen.
Recently, two families reached out asking how I can work with them to sell their properties, but both wanted it to happen in a specific fashion.
One in Hawthorne, the other in Gardena.
Part of it because of the pandemic. Part of it because of personal desire.
And I absolutely loved putting these two deals together, completely off the market. I was able to use my network and reach out to a potential buyer who I thought would be ok doing an extended escrow so the seller had plenty of time – it turned out to be a good match.
Seller #2 preferred a faster escrow and we were able to match a well qualified buyer who agreed with the terms.
