The meaning of ‘home’ and what’s inside a home has changed for many families. In the past few months, every buyer I’ve interacted with has had a deeper focus on having a dedicated work space, having some sort of natural / outdoor space, or even having a classroom within the home.
Many activities we were so accustomed to doing outside, have now been brought into our homes.
I think for many of us, this will be a permanent thing. Even after we’re ‘allowed’ to go back to the gym, how many of us will feel comfortable doing that? Would we go as often…or for as long?
With so many questions lingering, I know one things for sure: the homes people want now are different than 6 months ago.
It’s been so much fun though – sitting down and learning what’s important for each individual person on their home search. Sometimes we just have to roll with the punches…and you know how it is. I’m always here to help out however I can.
